We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with the core features of the App.
- Account Information: When you create an account, sign up, or log in, we collect your email address and password credentials. This data is processed and stored securely through our backend provider, Supabase.
- Pantry and Inventory Data: We store the items, quantities, expiration dates, and custom data you input into your virtual pantry to manage your inventory.
- App Usage Data: We may collect anonymous analytics regarding app performance, crashes, and feature usage to improve user experience.
2. Payment and Subscription Data
All financial transactions and premium subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details, billing address, or financial credentials. Your payment details are entirely governed by Apple's and Google's respective Privacy Policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to:
- Create and maintain your secure user account.
- Synchronize your pantry inventory across your devices.
- Provide personalized AI Chef meal suggestions based on your available ingredients.
- Process and manage your PantryPulse Pro subscription status.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We utilize highly secure third-party infrastructure providers to run the App:
- Supabase: Used for user authentication, database management, and cloud storage.
- RevenueCat: Used to track, manage, and verify premium in-app subscription statuses safely.
- We may also use additional third-party services for AI-powered features, authentication, and recipe data. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your account information and pantry data will be retained for as long as your account remains active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated pantry data at any time by contacting support inside the App or via email.
